Sociedad secured a narrow victory, Betis were held to a draw by Las Palmas

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Real Sociedad secured a narrow victory over Valencia, while Real Betis was held to a draw against Las Palmas in the 36th week of the Spanish league, Friday morning WIB.

According to La Liga records, Real Sociedad managed to secure a 1-0 victory over Valencia playing at the Reale Arena stadium in San Sebastian.

Real Sociedad’s victory came thanks to the only goal scored by Andre Silva following a pass from Takefusa Kubo after just three minutes of play.

This result means that Real Sociedad is still in sixth place in the Spanish league table with 57 points from 36 matches, while Valencia is in ninth place with a score of 48 points.

Meanwhile, Real Betis was forced to draw against Las Palmas with the score 2-2 in the match played at the Stadio de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas.

In this match there was a chase for a goal with Real Betis taking the lead thanks to Mika Marmol’s own goal, but Las Palmas managed to equalize through Alex Suarez.

This draw means that Real Betis are still in seventh place in the table with 56 points from 36 games, while Las Palmas are in 14th place with 38 points.

Next, in week 37 of the Spanish League, Real Betis will meet Real Sociedad, Valencia will meet Girona and Las Palmas will visit the headquarters of Cadiz, Monday (20/5) WIB.
