Founded in 1981, Vanishing Texas River Cruises is a leading nature attraction in the state of Texas, providing a unique Hill Country experience to more than 500,000 passengers over the years. Due to the nature of our cruise vessel, when the national weather service issues lake wind advisories, we will cancel our trip. Also, impending lightning storms may cause a delay or cancellation of a cruise. If we feel conditions will be safe, we will still run the tour and fees will be assessed if the customer cancels. We will attempt to contact all passengers at least one (1) hour ahead of cruise time to cancel if there are weather concerns. When we cancel a cruise, you will have the opportunity to rebook or get a refund.
